“button sequence to start I had a Panasonic microwave that started with "enter cook time, press start" which I liked a lot, especially in comparison to another microwave I had that started with "enter cook time, press time, press start". Simply stated, I hate that extra unnecessary step of "press time"!! So how do you start a SMH1816?”

• You can program the SMH1816S in a couple of different ways, including the one you prefer (enter time and press start). There are also one-button options for Sensor Cooking items like popcorn or reheating prepared foods. If you'd like to adjust the power level or program Multi-Stage Cooking, which requires some extra pushes of the button, you can, but it isn't necessary.
