“Replacing a similar microwave Hi, Ms Samsung. I am thinking of replacing a GE PVM2070SM3SS that has a front ventilation with this model. Does this model have a similar hookup in regards to ventilation ?”

• Yes. It can be set up to direct the vent up and outside through a pipe, or directly out the front at the top of the unit. Easy to setup and install.

• Thanks for the question. Yes, the SMH1816S can be set up to recirculate filtered air through the front of the microwave, or it can vent through the rear or top to the outside. - Ms. Samsung
