• Yes but you have to use it online.. The Computer does not come with it.

• You can use Word but it is Internet based, meaning, you do not download it. I would suggest using Google Docs instead. You can edit offline and also save and send a s a Word doc.

• It comes with Google Docs for free and saves all of your work in the cloud so you can get to your files from other computers with out a usb or any other tranfer

• I don't know if it comes with MS word (I think it has a trial version) but Word 365 runs just fine on it.
