- Answer Hi Lola, The RF18HFENBSP meets the minimum DOE (Department of Energy) guidelines, but it isn't Energy Star certified based on the most recent September 2014 standards. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

QuestionWE have problem with water in the Vegetable & Fruit Drawers. WE changed the inside temperature, from cooler to less cool. But we still see water in those drawers. Only in the drawers. The rest of places inside are fine. What should WE do?

- Answer This happens due to the condensation drain line being frozen and the water overflows into the cabinet. It's a notorious issue with Samsung french door units. The back panel in the fridge can be removed and, using a hair dryer for a while or just leaving the unit turned off, you can clear the line. There are a couple videos on Youtube showing how to do this and get a replacement piece to help prevent it from happening in the future. I just did mine a couple days ago.

- Answer May still come in platinum stainless which I saw in someone's house. Very nice. Not quite as shinny but looked much easier to keep clean. Not sure still sure if Samsung still offers it anymore.

QuestionI continue to get water leaking under the crisper drawers and then freezing to ice making the drawers stick. I've had the cooling condensor panel in the refrigerator compartment replaced. It lasted for a little while but then started again. Solution?
