Q: QuestionUSB FirmwareWill the usb firmware support video playback from the usb port and loop (repeat) the video?
Asked by steve.
- A:Answer I haven't tried that out on the usb but it does provide 5vdc. You could add either a Chromecast or roku streaming stick to get all the video options you want.

Q: Questioncaption turns on with Mute function?I want to replace the Sharp LCD tv in my kitchen but don't want to give up my favorite feature. When I press the mute button on the remote, the sound mutes and closed caption automatically starts. Does this unit have the same feature??
Asked by Speedracer.
- A:Answer Don't think so. You can mute TV, and button is clearly marked. However, to go to closed captioning I'm pretty sure you have to go through the menu.

Q: Questionissues with the baseSome of the reviews said the screws for the base don't fit right or something like that, resulting in the tv tilting and being wobbly. Has anyone really had this problem? I get the fact that these tvs aren't as stable as a CRT, but is this really a noticible problem as compared to other LCD tvs? If so, how can it be corrected?
Asked by matthew.
- A:Answer matthew, Thanks for letting us know your concerns. While we've reviewed some of the responses and feedback other customers have left, most people still rate this television highly. When done correctly, the screws attach to the mount and are stable enough for flat surfaces that extend the length of the television. If you have an issue with the television mount, take it to Best Buy's Geek Squad Agents prior to the return policy date to have them take a look at your set - if you're not satisfied, return it. But we don't anticipate that this will be a problem. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr.Samsung

Q: QuestionI'm trying to connect my IPad and iPhone to view photos and videos seems like it doesn't read the device thru the USB??
Asked by Joe.
- A:Answer Neither the iPad nor the iPhone allow straight access of data through a USB cord. You need to go through iTunes (on a computer), or, if you have an Apple TV, photos and videos are accessible there. Like it or not, it's the Apple way...
