Thanks for letting us know your concerns. While we've reviewed some of the responses and feedback other customers have left, most people still rate this television highly. When done correctly, the screws attach to the mount and are stable enough for flat surfaces that extend the length of the television.
If you have an issue with the television mount, take it to Best Buy's Geek Squad Agents prior to the return policy date to have them take a look at your set - if you're not satisfied, return it. But we don't anticipate that this will be a problem.
