Q: QuestionI have the Samsung 2.1 Channel Soundbar System w/6.5" Wireless Subwoofer. We have tried everything and the subwoofer will not pair with the soundbar. It keeps saying check subwoofer connection. Any advice?

• A:Answer Unplug both the sound bar and subwoofer for at least 1 minute, then plug in sound bar first, then the sub woofer, then turn on sound bar. At that point they should connect. LED lights will turn blue once connected.

• A:Answer The system comes with an hdmi and optical cable. The best option is connecting the optical cable from the soundbar to your tv. (Newer model tvs have optical out) This will allow anything playing on the tv to play sound through the soundbar (apple tv, amazon firestick, videogame, etc)
