A:AnswerYou do not have to uninstall or do anything difficult. The filter is located on the bottom front of the oven. Just push the black front edge of the filter toward the back. Then the filter will release. Then just pull/slide it out. Wash it, let dry. Then slide the filter right back in. Very easy.

A:AnswerNot really sure, this Over Range Microwave replaced one from mid 90's & fits perfectly for my needs. This unit does match the cabinets except for the front. Instead of being flush it extends forward about 3" making it easier to reach the keypad station. Samsung makes smaller units but this is the one I decide on, wanted a larger unit. Hoping this helps.
