I want my ice to be made from filtered water but, after viewing the owners manual online, I see it does not come with a water filter. It appears a filter kit can be purchased and attached to the back of the unit. What part number do I order for RF220? null

Hi JANE! External water filters are not specific to each model the way that internal water filters are. This is because external water filters connect directly to the water line, and are generally interchangeable. As Samsung does not produce this type of water filter, you can purchase one through any local appliance retailer. ^Jecca

I would call the 800 number for Samsung that should be on the inside of your refrigerator. They should be able to give you the right part number.
