The RS22HDHPNSR is 68-5/8" high to the top of the case (behind the hinges) and 69-1/4" high to the top of the door and hinges. The height is adjustable for leveling, which could account for some variation in the height at the front with the door and hinges. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

This refrigerator with the hinges and handle measures 35 15/16" x 70 3/16" x 30".

Your Out. It's about 70" so 70.18" is correct.
