• To remove the ice bin from the RF24FSEDBSR, press the button on the upper right side of the ice maker while lifting the bin up from the front edge then pull it out toward you. An illustration can be found at the bottom of page 21 in the User Manual. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung

• pull the lever to the side toward you and by placing your hand underneath pull the drawer toward you. the lever unlocks the drawer but then must click to lock back into place when replacing it.
