Hi Barb, The RF24FSEDBSR has adjustable legs in the front for leveling, but they aren't designed to act as extenders for extra height, so I can't tell you whether they'll provide enough of a lift to clear your cabinet. The rear wheels are not adjustable. The height of the case (without the doors and hinges) is 68-7/8" and would fit comfortably under the 70" cabinets as long as their depth doesn't exceed about 14" since the hinge assembly extends back as much as 8-10" from the front of the Refrigerator.
