The ice capacity is very poor. The cubes are small, the ejection is slow and it only fills 4-5 glasses when it is full.

Since there's no ice maker in the freezer, there isn't a container that gets filled automatically, though you can certainly fill a container manually from the refrigerator ice maker and place it in the freezer. It may also interest you to know that the full-depth version of this model, the 31 cu. ft.
