“My Samsung RS25J500DSR Side-by-Side Refrigerators control panel isn’t working. The lights are on and I was able to reset it but it’s didn’t help. I can’t change the settings from Ice to water and it won’t even dispense ice. Is it’s b/c the filter or other”
