Q: QuestionCan someone please tell me how many inches is the door? Just the stainless steel part. Or just the black bottom part. Either one. I want to make sure it aligns with the rest of the kitchen cabinets.

• A:Answer It is probably your soap or your rinse aid. I find that the drop ins work best. never had trouble cloudy dishes.

Q: QuestionI notice the back silverware basket rides higher than the front one, stopping the mid rotor from spinning. The back basket fits the front position fine but neither fit the rear position. Did I get 2 front baskets by mistake?. .

• A:Answer I was a little nervous about how this dishwasher dries too. Fortunately, this is an amazing feature. This dishwasher throughly cleans and dries the dishes every time! You can put plastic anywhere (top or bottom) in the dishwasher without fear of pulling out melted/burned items. It’s dries better than the Kitchenaid I had before. I’ve only had it about 2 months now but I absolutely love it! The open door as it dries is also a clue for the kids that dishes are cleaned and need to be put away. It won’t disappoint!

• A:Answer Whatever brand of dishwasher soap you prefer. Whether it's powder or tablets. The one thing to not skimp on is Jet-Dry. That does help with streaks and helps with dry dishes.

Q: QuestionSamsung Model:DW80R9950UG dishwasher just installed. The supplied drain line is shorter than the 6 1/2' Kenmore Elite that it replaced. It barely reaches the drain connection and installer were not able to put the loop at the drain connection.

Q: QuestionWhat is the point of wifi/smart things if you can't start the dishwasher remotely? Every time it powers off, the smart control disables. I thought the whole point was to be able to start a wash remotely...not having to physically turn it on.
