“drying I've read considerable reviews on this dishwasher not drying fully. I know there is not a heating element and have read the samsung explanation but from a real user standpoint, what is the deal on drying? Thanks!”

Not a solution, but we had the problem the first couple of times. We believe we simply were opening it before the dry cycle was complete, which is hard to determine. No recent problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to use a rinse agent! I did the same thing at first. Dishes were were wet for days! I got jet dry rinse agent and it goes into the slot next to where the detergent goes. Also use the sanitize option it helps dry faster too!
