Thanks for the question. I would suggest referring to page 18 of your DW7933LRASR User Manual to make sure you're adding the detergent to the correct compartment. If the detergent still isn't dissolving, please make sure there is nothing blocking the detergent door from opening (such as utensils), the incoming water temperature is set at a minimum of 120˚F, and the water pressure is between 20-120psi.
