“liquid dias washing soap I put liquid Cascade for diswashers in my new Samsung dishwasher and it did not desolve. Am I putting into the right place?”

Thanks for the question. I would suggest referring to page 18 of your DW7933LRASR User Manual to make sure you're adding the detergent to the correct compartment. If the detergent still isn't dissolving, please make sure there is nothing blocking the detergent door from opening (such as utensils), the incoming water temperature is set at a minimum of 120˚F, and the water pressure is between 20-120psi. We tried the liquid, but it didn't seem to get the dishes clean. Spent the extra money on the Cascade complete little packets and it made a big differsnce. And running it on heavy
