- Answer Hi Chris, Yes, you can order the dishwasher model DW80CG5420SR. However, please take note of the requirement for the cabinet dimensions. Since the depth and height of this new dishwasher are more significant than your previous one, it may not fit properly. QuestionWe had this dishwasher for a few weeks and am confused, the auto release dry is a cool feature but the door just falls all the way down. And the dishes are wet whether we use auto release or not. It seems like it isn't drying at all. Is that right?

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship encountered in a normal household and noncommercial use of this product. Cosmetic damage caused by the use of equipment is not covered. I have shared this model's user manual link below. The dishwasher model can either be connected to an electric outlet using a plug or can be installed with a direct connection (hardwired). The power cable is not supplied with this dishwasher model. The power cable is purchased separately. We recommend that a qualified technician/electrician/plumber install the dishwasher. Leo
