- Answer No this is a "true" All-in-0ne" Desktop (no batteries). It comes with wireless keyboard/mouse so easy transport is definitely a value-add. Speaker doesn't sound half-bad, either!

- Answer It sound like a Bluetooth issue or dead batteries. The small USB senor that came with the computer might be bad or the batteries in the mouse and keyboard are dead.

- Answer For this piece, the RAM is pre-installed and you cannot upgrade it when you purchase it. But if you want, you could always buy it externally and then upgrade it on your own though I don't see the point of spending extra and having to go through the effort of doing it.
