We had a pain-free delivery here in Richmond Hill, GA. The delivery crew removed the doors to get the refrigerator into the house, reattached them, explained everything, and just provided a great, helpful, knowledgeable delivery. We were very pleased.

Yes they took off our inside door of the main entrance to get the fridge on nice and easy. It was surprisingly very fast and they set up and installed leaving no trash behind.

Yes. I read the answer from Samsung about this question before ordering it. We have a door that's exactly 30" wide. The delivery guys were a bit skeptical but after I signed a waiver, they tried it. 

With the doors off, it went in easily through the 30" wide door. Any smaller opening wouldn't have worked.
