• A:Answer It is in the refrigerator compartment behind the panel on the back wall of this compartment. Also it is behind this panel that ice forms causeing the refrigerator not to cool. Look for ice build up through the small vent slots on this panel. Samsung has a class action law suit against them for this problem. Google it.

• A:Answer It would fit but not all the way in. there is a raised section where the hinges are, plus most of those spaces are counter depth which do not leave enough ventilation room for the back side of refrigerator.

• A:Answer There is a button on the top of the fridge when you open the doors. Also, make sure you prime the water line. Run your water dispenser approximately 2 minutes to make sure there are no air bubbles. Also, make sure it is level.
