Thanks for the question. The RS265TDRS has the built-in reservoir to catch drips, but it does not have an accessory available to attach to the dispenser area. There are a couple of solutions, however. First, Samsung recommends holding the glass under the dispenser for a couple of seconds after releasing the lever. If water continues to drip, it may be because there is air in the water lines. It's important to bleed air from the lines after installing or replacing the filter by dispensing 5-6 gallons of water. Other possible causes of water dripping include: 1. The filter is not installed properly or needs to be replaced because it is clogged or partially clogged. Try removing and reinstalling the filter so it is locked securely in place. The filters are designed to last about 6 months, or for 300 gallons, but may need to be replaced sooner in homes that use a lot of water or have a high level of impurities in the water supply. 2. There are fragments of ice in the chute that have melted and result in dripping, which is not unusual especially if crushed ice was used recently. To help prevent this, dispense a few cubes of ice after crushed ice is used. I hope these suggestions help to resolve your issue! Ms. Samsung
