Most likely a defective ice maker unit. Samsung replaced ours twice during the warranty period. It is still not fixed and Samsung is washing their hands of our problem since we are now outside the warranty period. Good luck to you. I hope you get better customer service than we did.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say seam leak around the ice maker door/ flap.take a hair dryer and make sure it is clean and seals good around the ice flap going to the ice maker
