• The delivery personnel that delivered my Smsung had no problem Getting it through the door and up 15 stairs all without any scratches or damage to the walls or banister. I purchased my refrigerator from Best Buy.

• My Delivery men were great. They took my door off and my screen and got the refrigerator in with no scratches. So yes and no. It depends on your delivery person. Also it took them not time at all to get it in.
