I loved this refrigerator since the first time that I saw it in the store. The blue shelves really captured my eye inside the store among the billions of other fridges. There is a lot of room inside and the shelves are adjustable for tall items. The Food ShowCase door is awesome! Its much more convenient to have common items easier to access and not being required to open the entire door. There is a button that you press on the handle that will open the door as opposed to pulling the handle to open the entire door. The middle Flex door is perfect for storing drinks. We typically leave it at the coolest setting and it keeps our drinks so cold to the point of almost freezing, it's great! The bottom freezer has lots of storage too. Here are my cons: the shelves within the non-ShowCase door are very small and we are unable to leave much there. I typically put condiments/ jars into the ShowCase door which adds to the easily accessible items. The ice maker isn't the greatest, even though I have it set to dispense cubes, I still get pieces of ice everywhere. For some reason, the plastic grill to set the glass on to get water was missing but we are able to manage without it. I'm sure its a quick call to Samsung to replace it. Those are very minimal and my no means takes away from the awesomeness of the fridge! #RebuildforLindsay

I purchased this fridge about 3 months ago. The delivery and setup was perfect. They unwrapped the fridge (took all the junk with them), brought it in and hooked it up to the existing waterline. I inspected it inside and out - PERFECT ! No dings or scratches. They went over the workings, settings and general usage of the different elements. It is a beaut of an appliance. I enjoy the fresh water and ice whenever I want it. It was worth the little extra for the door-in-door. That saves electricity for I don't have to open a full door to get the most common items, as does the 'Deli Drawer' as I call it for that's what I use it for. The freezer is HUGE. No more sweating dropping something frozen from a top freezer on to my toes. I don't hear popping sounds like others complain about - maybe they didn't rinse and remove all air from their waterlines before hooking them up. Regardless of others complaints - I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase. I did purchase the 3 year plan also.

We purchased this as an open box item on the spur of a moment while we were already buying a washing machine. We liked the look and were looking to move our old refrigerator into the garage. It was for sale at a great price and so we went for it. It looks great in the home, even though we have stainless steel for other appliances, the black stainless still fit in well. Unfortunately, even at the lowest setting (34 degrees), there are areas in the refrigerator (particularly the showcase door) that register 42 degrees. Samsung offered to send out a certified tech, but if there was nothing they could find wrong with the refrigerator, then we'd be charged a service call. Thankfully as a Best Buy elite member, we were able to get a Best Buy technician to look into the problem with temperature control/accuracy. We'll see where that goes. Much more impressed with Best Buy's commitment to customer satisfaction than I am with Samsung's.

We knew we needed to have ice and water in the door in our new refrigerator, but got so much with this model! The shelving arrangement and flexibility, and the bright LED lighting even in the door are a definite plus. The showcase door makes it so easy to access those most-often used items without opening the "whole" refrigerator. The hardest part was deciding what rated being put in that area. Both the showcase door and the rear wall of the refrigerator have a metal cooling sheet to make sure items stay cold. Between the main cooling area and the freezer there is a separate drawer with its own cooling control. You can set it for wine and party dishes 42°, deli snacks 37°, cold drinks 33° and meat and fish 29°. Since it's one big shallow drawer, it can accommodate a huge deli tray, an extra large pizza, or even be partitioned off to hold wine bottles on one side, and cheeses on the other... The freezer is spacious, of course. We've had the unit for just a month, but so far it's been a dream .

I love the look of this fridge & all the space & features. Very happy with it so far, but I've only had it a week. The installers that came were AWESOME!!! they really took the responsibility of making sure everything was protected when installing becuse we bought a bigger fridge. Absolutely Love it!!

I've had the refrigerator a little over a month now - the black stainless is a beautiful finish. I love the door in door feature to grab a coke or the milk. And the 4th drawer has worked well. I'm not wasting as many fruits and vegetables as I can see what I have. The freezer holds a lot and it's easy to see what is available. The only item I have had any issue with is that the vertical hinged section on the left door sometimes hits against the right door if I don't pay attention while closing.

This refrigerator is both efficient and visually stunning, So many cool features ! We love the flex zone and the ShowCase door. A great element in our kitchen .

I was convinced to buy this unit by the salesman. I had another one in mind, but he found this at the same price point with similar features. I like the space, but dislike that I cannot stand up my liquids (milk, juice, pitchers) unless I slide back the movable shelf. I like the drink drawer(middle drawer) that keeps my drinks super cold...a lot of them! The freezer is super deep and has an additional drawer to keep some smaller things frozen. It is a bigger unit, a lot bigger than my counter depth fridge I got rid of.

I have been considering a new refrigerator for about 1 year. I have researched this Samsung extensively, including reading many, many reviews. I have had the unit for about 3 weeks and I could not be happier. It looks great! The contents are very accessible and easy to organize. It holds much more than my previous side by side. I was actually able to consolidate the contents of my spare fridge into the Samsung as well. Food stays fresh and the water and ice taste great. I have even quit using my Brita filtered water pitcher. It is also very quiet. You can't go wrong with this one!

Beautiful and works great! Black stainless steel looks great. Plenty of space and allows for easy organization.

We just love this fridge! The flex drawer is used every day for packing lunches. Perfect place to store everything so we minimize having to open the main area of the fridge. Love love the pass thru door. Again, minimize the need to open main fridge. Perfect for cooking breakfast every morning! And I just love the area in the freezer for storing ice packs! I definitely recommend this fridge. Tons of space too!

Great capacity, build to please the consumer, very efficient in term of electricity, the flex drawer is great, me had opportunities to test it in different temperatures and it work great, the ice machine could be bigger but I guess you cannot have everything, the items was reduced in price and I received the price matched of $850 dollar without a problem. Overall a great buying experience.

We had the same frige before and was pleased with it. So we bought a new one after moving to NC. In less than 3 months the refrigerator started to rust. We called Samsung provided picture and they gave us a claim number and a ticket number for a service call to evaluate the rust. After couple of weeks of back and forth, when I was trying to make the appointment with the service company, the service company cannot come unless Samsung or I will pay for the service call. Then I called back again and Gloria read the notes of the logs and adviced that the Executive Dept authorize the service. Then I got a call from another Service Company and while trying to make the appointment, the company advised that they need the SAW before I can schedule the appointment. Between now then then, I got a message on my phone from Samsung that the service is cancelled. When I called back they claim it is not covered. The fridge is under 3 months old and it should not rust. My previous Samsung fridge we had for 4 YEARS and it never rusted. I had the worse customer service from Samsung. I will never buy another SAMSUNG product again! Get your Customer Service and Admin Dept straighten out or make your product right! I am only allowed to post 2 pictures but there are more than 2 areas.

Very quiet operation. You can't even hear it running. Plenty of interior room both in the freezer and the refrigerator. Love the warning bell when a door is left open. Easy to wipe clean with a micro fiber cloth.

We had this now for a month, so far no a single complaint. Looks really nice, lots of space. It barely fitted where our old fridge was but it was our fault that we didn't measured before buying it.

I love the middle drawer for special items and each has a different temp setting depending on what you have. I actually found the lil outside door pretty convenient when I didn't think I would.

We were looking for a new fridge with more freezer space and a better design than the typical side by side with ice/water dispenser. This Samsung caught our eye online and we found it in several stores and showrooms. Fortunately a trip to Best Buy to set up a new phone resulted in us finding a returned model at a substantial discount, with one minor scratch on the side. Still under full warranty. This Samsung Showcase with 4 doors is amazing. Best fridge/freezer I have ever owned and I have been through about 7 over the last 35 years. The middle drawer with flexible temperature control sets this apart from comparable models. We have used it for party platters, beer, wine, and produce. You can actually see everything you have in stock with the LED lighting throughout the shelving area. Awesome design and energy efficient.

Love the fridge. Complaints would be not very useful shelves on left inside door and the unit runs pretty loud. Other than these, seems great so far

We replaced a slightly larger Samsung French door refrigerator with this model. It was very hard to find a refrigerator with similar cubic feet at the same depth. While this one was smaller cubic footage the refridgerated drawer helps make space - it's where we put all the stuff that stacks up. This includes yogurts, lunch meats, cheese, butter tubs, sour cream. It's amazing how much it holds. The black stainless is magnetic. We use out magnets so that was a plus. We went from 2 Icemakers to one. With 2 travel soccer players we haven't missed it yet. Overall we are pretty happy.

The machine is glorious and big all around. You could fit a cow inside. The double door are great. The space in the fridge is so enormous.
