“We have very similar model to this one (with drawer but no showcase). We sold our house, buyer wanted the fridge, as it was a selling attraction. The one issue we have had with our previous model is the ICE is very hard & cloudy. Any ideas why?”

I really don't know. It almost sounds like the temperature is too cold, but that doesn't make sense because frozen is frozen, I don't understand how ice could be harder than any other ice. Cloudy...that sounds like a dirty hose to the ice maker. Sorry, I am not much help with this question.
