- Answer Our fridge (same model) stopped cooling and freezing after 6 months. Samsung refused to replace unit after technician couldn't find issue and just flushed freon through it. Most expensive refrigerator we've ever purchased and lasted less than a year. Sorry I don't have better news.

QuestionWe have a samsung (newer) with the ice maker in the top and have had to have it repaired 3 times and I am very leary of buying another one. The ice maker froze up again and I don't want to put out $400 plus again to fix a bad system. Is it fixed.
