A:Answer This monitor can be connected to two different computers, i.e. work laptop and home desk top using both the VGA and HDMI inputs on the monitor. That being said, the monitor will not auto detect and switch inputs automatically (like my old ACER monitor would), you will have to use the monitor menu button on the backside to manually select the video input you want to use, which is not a huge pain, but inconvenient.
