“Could someone that has recently bought this refrigerator (2017-2018) verify whether the top freezer drawer has the auto pull out feature or not. Manual says yes, but display unit doesn't have it.”

My recent purchase does have manual pull out feature. BB told me that the auto feature is an additional cost.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later."Auto-pull out" is deceptive wording. There is no motor on the drawer that makes it automatic. The top drawer comes out along with the main drawer door. You need to push the top drawer back into the freezer in order to access the bottom portion of the freezer.
