A:AnswerThanks so much for asking! This model does have a "Cooling Off" mode. This mode is generally used for retailers as the lights and buttons operate normally, but the compressor is shut off, and the refrigerator will not cool. To turn cooling off mode on/off, press and hold both the "Fridge" and "Cool Select Zone" buttons for about 6 seconds. The display should blink, then press "Door Alarm" once. When the refrigerator is in cooling off mode, the display will show "0" and "FF" in the temperature displays. ^Jecca

A:AnswerHello Mandi! To clean the unit, use a moistened, soft, lint-free cloth or paper towel to clean the refrigerator’s interior

A:AnswerThat all depends on your home environment, Ive had this a short time so I couldn’t answer that but my Samsung washer and dryer I had for ten years didn’t show any signs before I replaced them
A:AnswerOmg we had to do this and it is a major project. There are tabs under the glass pane that need to be popped out. Try to get the whole floor out in one piece and work on the plastic tabs that hold the glass in place outside the fridge. Clean, then reinstall. You will have to open the doors as wide as you can and might have to angle the floor aggressively to get it in and out.
A:AnswerIn the owner's manual, it states that the refrigerator should be placed in a site which, "has a temperature range between 50 degrees F (10 degrees C) and 109 degrees F (43 degrees C)."
