A:AnswerGo into your tv settings and see which setting its on... i.e Dolby Digital/ DTS.... switch it to one of those and see if that helps (I use DTS because I believe it sounds better than Dolby Digital IMO)

A:AnswerThe connector, that I received, was fiber optic. It had a plastic cap on the end that had to be removed. I don't know if this is the same as yours or not. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerAre you sure that the SWA-8500s can connect to the HW-F550? Are sure that the soundbar is the correct model number? I went crazy trying to locate the listed wireless rear speakers, and it says that the correct and only rears that would work are the SWA-8000S.
If someone can please confirm this, as I am unable to locate the already discontinued SWA-8000S speakers.
Will anything other than this work? Will the SWA-9000s Work? Please help!!
A:AnswerUse a digital out from the tv to your VSX-824-K Pioneer receiver, then with a HDMIon the top left in the white slot you plug that to the sound bar. All your games DVD and etc plug into the other hdmi slot in the thier respective HDMI slot. Then set the sour round sound to hdmi.
A:AnswerProbably you are trying to connect the phone with wireless instead of Bluetooth. Be sure to set the remote to Bluetooth when setting up the phone and it should connect easily as long as the phone is set to "Scan" for s Bluetooth connection.
