- Answer Yes, you can connect it using the included fiber optics cable ... there is also a hdmi connection ( cable not included) if you’d rather .... only setting you need to change on your tv is to select for external speakers or the like

- Answer Vietnam, and I noticed my TV is assembled in Mexico. As Samsung is a Korean company, it seems that they don't do much in China. Honestly that was a selling point for me, I've had 2 TVs from China that didn't last long. I think Samsung probably is one of the best when it comes to TV and surround sound.

QuestionI mainly want this soundbar for the middle speaker as I have a hard time hearing words correctly. So do I need the soundbar with a subwoofer? If I do need the subwoofer,can you put it inside a cabinet with a glass door on it (&below TV)

- Answer Hi Cissy49, You can use the subwoofer or leave it out altogether. The sub will certainly add bass and a rumble, whether you put it in a cabinet or not, but it will not affect the clarity of the audio. Cheers! ^Scott
