- Answer Hi bill! You can connect your HW-T650 Soundbar to your Samsung TV via HDMI ARC port, as this will allow you to turn your soundbar on and off with your TV. Make sure you also enable the Anynet+ setting on your TV, which controls external devices that are connected to the TV via an HDMI cable, and will turn on/off when you turn the TV on/off. Go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) ^Gina

- Answer Hi Chris, The HW-Q70T is the only Soundbar in the lineup that works with Alexa. We also have 4 models that have Alexa built in. Those are the HW-S60T, HW-Q850T, HW-Q900T and the HW-Q950T. ^Jeremy

- Answer Completely wireless. They operate via Bluetooth. The only connection to anything is the power cord.

- Answer Hi there, It's possible your remote doesn't have the correct IR codes. If you go through the setup process again it could correct the issue. -Scott

- Answer Hi! The HW-T650 does not feature eARC technology. - Answer Hi there, The Samsung HW-T650 3.1ch Soundbar with 3D Surround Sound will have a subwoofer and overall better audio performance. The T60 will be covered in Kvadrat material and is generally be considered more stylish. I hope this helps! ^Scott

- Answer For the Hw-T650 I dial the subwoofer down to the minimum allowing separate volume control of the center channel.

- Answer No it does not. The display on this model is small, and to the right, and displays the volume level only when adjusted. I also have another, slightly older Samsung soundbar, that does display the volume on the TV, not sure why that feature changed.
