Is the oven self cleaning? null

Supposedly it does. But good luck with that. I tried once and both doors got locked. Could not be opened for weeks even though the service guys tried and tried. At the end when they opened the doors and replace the whole dashboard, the service guy advised me not to use this function ever again.
