A:AnswerThere may not be enough information here to troubleshoot the problem. My first guess is the 32 inch Samsung was manufactured with some new and cheaper processes Samsung is using. The result of that manufacturing process is a television set that is not as good as the models it replaced. If your 32 inch set has a separate external power transformer, it is probably one of the newer and not as good models. A suggestion is the LG 32LN5600. Much better sound and better picture.
A:AnswerI bought a wall mount kit, that I regret buying for this TV. the two bars that go on the left and right side (behind) show because the TV is not that tall. I should have bought one that has a square-ish mount rather than the two bars.
A:AnswerThis TV comes with an "Over the air digital tuner". I don't think you will need a digital tuner unless it is a required item from your cable provider.
