Availability is a horror story! The only thing you can bank on is when you’re given a delivery date, it will be changed. And, most likely Best Buy won’t notify you. This is what happened to me. I took a vacation day and hired two installers to be on hand only for the delivery never to show up! Unfortunately this happened twice for me as I was ABSOLUTELY promised delivery the second time after it happened the first time. I was told Best Buy often makes promises and schedules delivery when there is no chance that the appliance will be available just to get the sale.
