QuestionHow do I connect to a Macbook Pro? The monitor keeps saying "Not optimum mode". I changed the resolution on my MacBook to try to match the monitor and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating problem as I am trying to do school from home.

- Answer I use a small docking station - available on Amazon - it was about $30. It has all the important connections - including a place for HDMI - which worked flawlessly for me. I simply unplug it every night.

- Answer It should work automatically. Your headphones probably broken or check your wiring. Sometimes you have a loose or bad wire connection and you have to move or twist your wire around.

- Answer This is just a video source... (Monitor) It will connect to anything with a HDMI or DVI connection (or you can use an adapter). It does not have a computer.. but attaches to any video generating source (TV box, PC, DVD player, etc. ) The size is comfortable. The price is low. The quality is good.

QuestionI purchased 2 monitors. One adjusts/tilts fine, but the other one seems loose and just falls forward and won't maintain it's position where I tilt. Is there a way to tighten this?

QuestionHow do you tilt the screen? I know the height isn't adjustable but it says the screen is tiltable. It feels like I'm going to crack the stand if I try to put pressure on it and I don't see what would be flexible in the stand and connection to monitor?

- Answer I was afraid of the same thing! I had to double check online to make sure that it is in fact adjustable. Anyways, I just put one hand on top on the screen and one at the bottom (for support) and pushed back with the top hand. It will indeed tilt with a little force.
