Is this washer water efficient ? null

I honestly do not think so. I thought it was, it seems to weigh the clothes, but it actually has water levels. It says use he detergent so I do?

Hi, Im not quite sure, I THOUGHT it was, but it seems to weight the clothes, although it has a water level thing on it, so you can pick different like low med high water levels? And its says use HE soap? I like it so far. It does have some nice option, ike quick wash is cool for me a lot of times right now, cause I am just washing stuff thats been in bins for years and I just want quick wash some and just rince the others. just to get rid of dust. I can let you know more when my water bill comes in. Yikes.
