I've had mine for a few months and my clothes have come out fine. No balling up or tangling. I actually love mine. I've washed sheets from king size and queen beds with no problems and the king and queen comforters. I love the simplicity of it. You put detergent, softener, and bleach in the bins before you start it and the washer adds it at the proper time! Amazing.
