Mine does the same thing, my mom thought it was unbalanced, it's sounded like that since I've bought it.

My machine is 2 years old I've had it fixed 7 times and Best Buy would not fix it, the motor went out and now I've been waiting 11 days and counting for Samsung to just call me so I can make an appointment for them to diagnose the washer then parts delivery another appointment and they will finally fix it, if I'm lucky. Honest, normal wear and tear but the motor is plastic and can't handle its own spin power per service plus repair man!
