• me too, I have learned that only happens when I have a larger load in the drum. When I do smaller loads this doesn't happen. I don't know why, but its VERY frustrating!

• My washer is doing the same and you have to mess with Samsung and they will send a repairman to fix it,I've had a repairman 3 times now on this unit.This is a defected unit with a small motor.I wish I did not buy this machine.Good Luck with Samsung and repair,because your stuck with it according to Samsung.
