I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your WA400PJHDWR. Factors other than the hose connection that could be causing the nF error code include the water pressure being too low (it should be between 20-116psi); the inlet hose filter screens being clogged; the hoses being kinked; or the faucets not being turned on all the way. In addition, if you use a Flood Safety Device, this may be preventing the washer from filling properly, in which case you may need to disconnect the device then reconnect the hoses. - Ms. Samsung
