“Can I use 5' hose on for the connecter to the steam dryer? We live in a condo and our washer/dryer are in a closet in our bedroom . We want to use braided stainless steel hoses for installation, including the hoses that go from the Y connector to the washer and dryer. We cannot find anything shorter than 5' stainless hoses - the rubber hoses that come with are only about a foot long. Is there any reason we should not use the longer hoses? Installation is hopefully Friday (March 4, 2016) and we hope to know before then. Thank you.”
