It should fit, although the door on the washer opens to the left so you might only be able to open you washer door about 3/4 of the full open position. You also might have trouble opening the soap dispenser since it is on the left side as well and you have an indentation on the left side of you laundry room. On the bright side though, you have 2 options, you can either make the laundry openings wider or these units are also stackable. I don't have them stacked but mine as also in a garage.

Please try again later.Hi Dev, I'm not sure what you mean by the "indentation" on the left and right.The WF42H5400AW Washer and matching dryer are each 27" wide, and Samsung recommends leaving at least 1" clearance on each side and between them, which adds up to at least 57". If the indentations impede on this space, the side by side installation may not fit. I'd suggest referring to the installation section of the User Manual which can be downloaded as pdf files from Samsung's website. These instructions include specifications and requirements for installing the units in an alcove or closet to ensure sufficient ventilation. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
