• Yes, you will get an error code NF = No fill condition on this unit . You can add a wall bracket to hold the drain tube up a little higher I rigged a bungee cord strapped to my water valve to hold it up.

• Thanks for the question. While 39" is the recommended minimum drain height, standpipes taller than 34" but less than 96" are acceptable. - Ms. Samsung
