“When I use the tap only water temp feature, why do clothes feel warm/hot at end? Also, which dispenser is the cold water? I would like to see a picture of the water dispensers. Also, I am concerned about the heat at the end of a tap only selection which is only used for delicate clothing.”

Thanks for the question. The WA422 does not have an internal heater, so the only way for it to have warm or hot water is through your home's water supply. Please check the connections on the back of the washer to make sure the hot and cold inlet hoses are connected properly to your home's supply, and that the valves are turned on all the way. You can refer to page 15 of the user manual to review the connection instructions. It may also help to clean the inlet hose screens and run Calibration mode as instructed on page 17 to ensure the correct amount of water is being added. - Ms. Samsung
