- Answer Yes it certainly does. I caught this Dishwasher on sale last week and truthfully I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of use and extremely easy operation. If your not up on tech don't let that fool you. You can select everything right from the top instead of using the phone application. Our kitchen is adjacent to our living room space. The Dishwasher noise has always been an issue until now. Only hear it drain. You'll be wondering if it is even washing. No left over water residue because the units door pops open when finished to let the water vapor escape. Always left over water in the last Maytag I had. Usually around the creases of the plastic tops. Looks well built and I will use it quite often. Even keeps track to clean itself. Look forward to using this Dishwasher in the years to come. I did take out the extended warranty just to cover all of the tech associated with this unit. I just figured that it was worth the extra money to make sure our new investment will be running without any problems for years.

- Answer Yes. You can fit a single comforter inside and the soap dispenser is inside as well. Make sure you load the soap, clorox and fabric softener before you set the wash cycle because the lid locks you out.

QuestionDoes this washer allow for a soak cycle? Meaning in older washing machines you used to be able to leave the lid open and the basin would fill but not spin or “wash” until the lid was closed again.

QuestionI purchased this dishwasher 2 days ago and have run it 4 times so far. Sadly, the dishes are still completely soaked several hours after the wash completes. I ran it last night before bed and the dishes were still soaked 9 hrs later when I unloaded it.

- Answer It has a standard 1 year warranty. However I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a Samsung because they use a third party tech company to do all their repairs. A company I had a recent experience with that resulted in them damaging my brand new dishwasher door and them refusing to take responsibility for it. I now have to go thru a litigation process to get my new dishwasher to look new again - ridiculous.

- Answer I'm so glad you asked, Tammy! This model does feature a "Water Level" option on the control panel. This feature allows you to select from "extra high", "high", "mid", and "low" water levels for each cycle. ^Jecca

QuestionDoes the kick plate that's supposed to be on the front bottom cover the screws? My install was done by Best Buy, but the bottom looks just like the photo. It's black, but the screws show.

QuestionIs there something (ie a kick plate, etc) that is included to cover the bottom section of the washer (below the door)? From what I see in the picture, this doesn't look "finished" and that a piece is missing.

Questionis the drain hose included? the specs say no but the usual manual says the drain hose is included and only needs fill hoses

The display on this dishwasher model displays information about the current cycle including the cycle time, remaining time, Delay Start settings, and other cycle-specific information. QuestionThe door on my unit doesn't lay all the way flat, does anyone else have this issue? In other words, when I open the door, it bounces back to around 10-15 degrees. When the cart is empty, it's a nightmare to pull it out.

- Answer Yes, when installing there is a large rubber? Piece that’s used to insulate the sound. If that is too tight when you screw in the kick plate it will cause this issue. Take off the kick plate and then loosen that rubber piece and it should solve the problem.
