“Are you able to use powder detergent with this washer ?”

This question is for: Samsung - 4.4 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator - Brushed Black

There's a drawer for the detergent and I believe you can put powder in it because the machine uses water to flush the detergent drawer. We have been using liquid but as you know the liquid detergent is also thick and will need water to flush it out.
