QuestionHow loud is the agitator cycle? My brand new Maytag makes a grinding noise when agitating and other loud sounds throughout the wash cycle. Thinking of returning it. Please tell me the noise level on this Samsung wa44a3205aw/a4. I want a smoothie

QuestionDoes it ball up the clothes into a tangled mess. My current washer is horrible. The clothes in my current brand name washer (which is only a few years old) come out in a tangled mess and in a ball. Can I return if it tangles our clothes?

QuestionMy current machine is a front-load w/various spin speeds. Lower for delicate clothes. This machine only has one spin speed. Is the top load gentler on clothes, is that why only one speed? Thank you

- Answer Hi Cindy, We appreciate your question about the speed setting the washer has. This Samsung washer model uses Samsung’s “Fuzzy Control” automatic control system. When you select a wash program, the machine will set the correct temperature, washing time, and washing speed. It may appear that this Samsung washing machine has 1 speed but has various speed set automatically depending on the wash program selected. Leo

QuestionCan this washer be set to do an extra rinse cycle? Or would it be necessary to run an entire second cycle without soap to get a second rinse?

- Answer Ive washed throw blankets, a comforter, a king size fleece blanket and toddler blankets. No issues. Just depends on how thick and big it is, use extra high water setting and didnt put more than half a loads worth of space for a blanket. If comforter i only washed it by itself. Its just a take a risk type situation.
