I am replacing an older model Samsung washer that did have this problem until I started using Clorox washing machine cleaner once a month. Problem solved. This washer is supposed to be self cleaning. I will still use the Clorox cleaner. Also, leave the door open when finished to help the door seal dry out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They all will if you don’t keep the door open when you aren’t using it. I haven’t had this problem and I keep the door open to air dry. I also use washer cleaning tablets once a month.
